Join Khenpo Samdup and the Brazilian Sangha from Tibet House Brazil for this retreat focused on the practice of fundamental meditation techniques of Vipassana (insight) meditation.

Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will explain how to use traditional techniques of Vipassana, analytical or discursive meditation, and non-conceptual meditation or resting the mind, to come to understand and directly experience the fundamental nature of mind and phenomena.

At Gar Drolma with the local Sangha, online with Khenpo, who is traveling in Brazil.
