Join us in this profound teachings and practice with Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche on a core meditation practice introduced by Shakyamuni Buddha. 

The Sutra of the Mindfulness of Breathing (Anapanasati Sutta) can be regarded as a complete sutra that explains the breathing meditation practice. This is the first step in the practice of Vipassana meditation and gaining realization into the nature of mind. 

This technique is beneficial for all levels of students and helps develop concentration of the mind.
