The 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva (Part One) & How to Develop the Heart of Ultimate Compassion
Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will teach from the beloved text, The 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva, illustrating acts of ultimate compassion (or bodhicitta). Garchen Rinpoche has said these practices reflect the entire Buddhist path and recommends that we read, contemplate and practice this text daily.
Additionally, Khenpo will give instruction in and lead the practice of Chenrezig, the Buddha of Compassion. This practice cultivates wisdom and compassion through visualization, mantra recitation, and meditation.
