Instructions will be given on the method of contemplating the sufferings experienced by beings in the 6 realms of existence. 

Contemplating the defects of samsaric experience further strengthens our resolve to use our lives constructively, increases diligence in practice, and supports the development of compassion for other beings.  

Time:   10:00am – 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm – 1:30pm
Time:    1:30pm – 4:30pm

Cost $25 per day or $40 weekend
