Bardo Thödol, often known as The Tibetan Book of the Dead, is a Tibetan Buddhist text that offers guidance for the period between death and rebirth, called the Bardo. Its teachings are meant to help the dying and the deceased recognize the true nature of mind, let go of fear and attachment,and move toward liberation or a favorable rebirth through awareness and compassion.
Daily Practice following the teachings.
