A Brief and Complete Guide to Practicing the Buddhist Path: The Four Dharmas of Gampopa

Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will present teachings on The Four Dharmas of Gampopa. This text presents the key points of the Buddhist Path in four sentences. Khenpo will base his explanation on a short commentary that he has written and published.  To help us understand the underlying meaning of each statement, Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will present teachings from his commentary, Clarifying the Four Dharmas of Gampopa.

Additionally, Khenpo will offer instruction in Mahamudra meditation. These teachings introduce the fundamental nature of mind and present a variety of techniques for accessing it in meditation.
