A special celebration of Lord Jigten Sumgon’s Parinirvana. Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche continued his teachings on the Realization Songs, as well as various artists performed songs and as a Sangha, we did the practice of Lama Chopa Tsok.
Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche shared Jigten Sumgon’s Songs of Realization over several weekends. These spiritual teachings in the form of songs were given to students by Lord Jigten Sumgon in response to their questions, giving a direct transmission from master to disciple. These spontaneous expressions of deep wisdom and understanding that reveal the nature of reality, include pith instructions of Mahamudra, Dharmakaya Phowa, Preliminary Instructions and the essence of many other profound teachings.
