DESCRIPTION:Purify Negativities and Open Your Heart to Compassion : Chenrezig and the Practice of Nyinge\nSept 14\, 2019 \nNyinge is a practice of Chenrezig\, the Buddha of Compassion\, and is considered extremely powerful for healing illness and purifying negative karma.  Centuries ago\, the nun Bhikshuni Palmo originated this practice through which she was healed from leprosy and gained the realizations of a bodhisattva. Khenpo Samdup Rinpoche will begin this retreat with the reading transmission and practical instructions. Then\, we will engage in the Nyinge practice by observing the 8 precepts and taking no food after noon while visualizing Chenrezig and reciting mantra. \nRetreat Fees \nRetreat Fee: $25 per day\nStudents: $12 per day \nRegistration is at the door. \nIf you are interested in attending the retreat and need any financial assistance\, we can accommodate your needs.
